Image generation on our platform operates on a credit-based system. You will need to purchase credits to generate images. The number of credits required for each image generation may vary. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. We reserve the right to change the pricing and credit requirements at any time.
3. Image Generation and Use
Our Service utilizes multiple AI models, accessed via third-party APIs, to generate images based on your textual prompts. You are solely responsible for the prompts you provide and the images you generate.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
NSFW and Adult Content:
- Generate, store, or distribute any sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult content
- Create nude or partially nude human figures
- Generate any content depicting sexual activities
Child Safety:
- Generate or upload Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
- We have a zero-tolerance policy and will report such activities to authorities
Deepfakes:
- Generate realistic images of real people (public figures or private individuals) without their consent for the purpose of deception, harassment, or defamation
Violence and Gore:
- Generate violent, gory, or graphic content depicting harm to persons or animals
Hate Speech:
- Generate content promoting discrimination, hatred, or violence against protected groups
Intellectual Property Violations:
- Generate content that infringes upon the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties
Other Prohibited Uses:
- Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
- Infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademark, patent, or trade secret
- Depicts non-consensual sexual content, hate speech, or promotes violence or discrimination
- Violates the privacy of any third party
- Attempts to generate images of identifiable individuals without their consent
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the Service or use automated systems (bots) to scrape data or bypass Credit limits
We reserve the right to terminate your account and access to the Service for any violation of these terms.
4. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain ownership of the textual prompts you submit to the Service.
Generated Images: The ownership of the images you generate is subject to the terms of our third-party AI providers. We encourage you to review their respective terms of service. As a general principle, you are granted a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use the images you create for personal and commercial purposes (subject to your plan), subject to your compliance with these Terms and the terms of our AI providers.
Our Content: The kontextflux.io website, including its "look and feel," text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of kontextflux.io and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
